Images of purported screen protectors of the Pixel 3 were shared earlier this week, showing both a base model and what seems to be an XL model.
The larger variant will feature an edge-to-edge display which has been the recent trend, except for a chin at the bottom and a notch at the top. Hopefully none of these handsets suffer like the diabolical launch of the Pixel 2 range.

The "glitch" was recently discovered by a Reddit user who typed "the1975.com" in the search bar of his Google Pixel phone. The Pixel 3 XL has promised to have dual front camera lenses, optimizing photo and video output. This means that if you wanted to buy a Pixel 3 via a carrier, Verizon will be the only carrier of choice. Google will have to, after the unique yet rather boring design of the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Google expected to follow the same tradition this year also.
In its standard version, the Pixel 3 looks very similar to the Pixel 2, with what looks like an 18:9 aspect ratio display.
Initially images discovered in the Android P beta suggested that the phone might be one of the first handsets to achieve an edge-to-edge display without needing to resort to a notch.
