The service will also include integration of transit maps and schedule information in selected cities.

Masabi has partnerships with transit systems in Boston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and NY, as well as train and transit operators in Europe. GetAround installs electronic locks in the vehicles, so that renters can access the cars with their smartphones. It now offers detailed information on Boston, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, plus cities in other countries.
