The issue is we're still failing to see Oprah as a real person, with real limitations.
People have already made up their minds whether they like her or not. "Only she can answer that question". Actors and actresses wore black to protest the sexual harassment that has been in the news for past several months.
Even the president has demonstrated his admiration for Winfrey.
Is that going to carry any weight, do you think, with the American public at this time? I think we would win easily, actually'.
Winfrey never mentioned running for office. 'I'd love to have Oprah. She wasn't thinking in those terms.
