US exports to Asia have already increased with higher Middle East oil prices because of the OPEC-led output cuts and a wide WTI-Brent spread.

The EIA reports USA oil companies have hedged at least 1.2 million barrels per day of 2018 production, taking the estimate from the third quarter 2017 financial statements issued by 47 companies.
